    Your post is spot on. You can't do all the activities of Real Estate Investing on your own ... especially in Commercial Property. Your job is to lead a team ... not be a lone ranger.       Thanks for the reply. You are exactly right, I should have included property managers! The irony is that I'm currently writing an article (which hopefully will appear on nuwire), about how choosing the correct property management company is more important than paying a premium price for a property. It really, to me, is the "Warren Buffet style" real estate investment strategy.
