Themepark in Nordrhein Westfalen
Themepark which will be built on a land, size 750.000m² in Northern Germany. There is a catchment area of 16 Mio. People. Here we build a hotel, a holiday village with about 125 houses and villas, cinema, shopping, restaurants, congress centre, parks, lake and a health resort. More than 500 working places will develop, total area 60.000m² of buildings.
